1 - PRICES AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

InfoCard Ltd accepts orders for the Italian territory. All sales prices of the products shown in www.greensecurity.it site for which they constitute a public offer pursuant to Art. 1336 Civil Code, are tax included. Will be charged to the customer for shipping, be displayed before the completion of the order, which are variable cost depending on the total purchase. All prices listed in the windows, tabs and products during the purchase phase are indicated in Euros. In case of discrepancy in prices, following the order of the client, he will be immediately communicated to the customer by phone or e-mail may withdraw without penalty from the commitment assumed purchase. However, the InfoCard SRL does not assume responsibility for the malfunction of the server and then update block of constant availability of goods, displayed on the virtual store. 3 - ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER / COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT

The purchase of the request is processed in the following phases:

3.1. By placing an order, the customer sends a proposal to InfoCard SRL purchased the product or products selected. 3.2 If the order can be accepted, InfoCard SRL will deliver the product to the carrier responsible for carrying out the delivery address given. The payment by the customer will be using the method chosen when purchasing.

3.3 - Issuance of official receipt
The tax document (invoice) will be issued the same day the order is shipped. This document will be emailed to the email address of the client, and you will need to use the warranty.

4 - RULES 'OF PAYMENT

4.1 - Payment by Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay the purchase made by bank transfer, your order will not be processed until InfoCard SRL has received the credit of the Bank. 4.2 - Payment by PayPal
If you choose to pay your purchase with PayPal, your order will be processed as soon as the customer has paid for them. 4.3 - Payment by Postal Bulletin

4.4 - Payment by Credit Card

5 - PROCEDURE 'AND COSTS OF DELIVERY

5.1 - Terms and Conditions
InfoCard SRL will deliver to customers the products selected and ordered, by courier and / or shippers.

Delivery times vary depending on the location of the customer from a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of 96 hours from the date of confirmation that the order is effective only upon receipt of payment by or at the time of InfoCard Ltd email confirmation when paying in cash.
The cost of shipping is indicated at the time the order is complete, because the system calculates the cost of shipping based on the amount and weight of items purchased.

6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n.206 Consumer Code, in accordance with Article 7 of Law July 29, 2003, n. 229.

The withdrawal right is exercised by sending, not later than 10 days from receipt of goods (by the date of delivery of the vector), a notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to:

The notice may be sent, within the same period, by telegram, electronic mail and fax, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within forty-eight hours later, the letter you want sent in good time if delivered at ' accepting post office within the time prescribed by the contract or, if different. The acknowledgment of receipt is not, however, essential to prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The person against whom the right of withdrawal is exercised, must include your full address, and references with which InfoCard Banking SRL will return the amount paid, net of expenses (by Bank Transfer) not later than the 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, as required by law on the matter. The consumer has the right to withdraw without penalty: the only charge against him are those relating to the return of the product.

Exclusions:

The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to his profession. They are therefore excluded from the right to cancel purchases made by retailers and businesses.

The right of withdrawal is submitted to the following conditions:

   1. The law applies to product purchased in its entirety, it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product (eg accessories, software, attachments, etc..);
   2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed software (including computer products attached to hardware) once opened;
   3.    6. InfoCard SRL is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

The right of withdrawal is lost, for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), where InfoCard SRL finds:

   1. Using any part of any good and consumables;
   2. The lack of the outer and / or internal packaging;
   3. Neck damaged or not functioning (that fact is part of the request for return or rma);
   4. The absence of product components (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc..);
   5. Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation;

In the case above, InfoCard SRL will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.

May not exercise the withdrawal right customers who purchase with VAT.

7 - OBLIGATIONS

The consumer agrees and undertakes, once the purchase procedure "on line" to handle the press, read and keep these general conditions, which, however, has already seen and accepted as a necessary step in the process of 'membership and the specific product being purchased, this is to fully satisfy the conditions laid down in Articles. 3 and 4 of Decree. The customer indemnifies InfoCard SRL from any liability arising from the tax records incorrect because of errors in the data supplied by the customer, being the Client is solely responsible for the correct entry.

8 - AUTHORIZATIONS

By entering the site or purchasing www.greensecurity.it www.greensecurity.it on site with their registration process, the customer authorizes the company to communicate InfoCard SRL non-sensitive personal data (address, phone number, etc.) to carriers and / or shippers and / or suppliers agents used for the delivery of goods purchased to allow the procedure necessary for the delivery of goods purchased.

9 - WARRANTY - GENERAL CONDITIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PRODUCER

9.1 - Anomalies in the first 7 days
If it is a defect in the goods purchased within the first 7 days (natural succession) from the issue date of the invoice, InfoCard SRL immediately replace the defective product (after technical verification). To use this service, it is necessary that the products are shipped c / o ns. warehouse to the customer's expense. Products which, after verification should be functional, but will be returned for additional expenses of transportation for the return.

To obtain an RMA number to return the defective product you must send an email with the following data:
 

   1. code and / or description of the defective product (see invoice purchase);
   2. defect (detailed description of the problem);
   3. number and date of the invoice / receipt;
   4. serial number of the product (generally arranged outside of the packaging or directly on the product itself) (if present).

The ns. Technical Office will send the customer (always via e-mail and as soon as possible), a RMA number must be indicated clearly on the outside of the package. In the absence of the RMA number, the parcel can not be accepted.

9.2 - more than 7 days Warranty
The warranty lasts 24 months (or more when explicitly indicated) for individuals who purchase the product for purposes that are unrelated to their work. In other cases the warranty is 12 months (or more when explicitly indicated).

The guarantee given to the customer ensures free repairs or replacement of the product by the manufacturer, if the replacement product is complete with bags, no written and / or alterations, manuals and all accessories included within .


9.4 - Using the Service
The products, always with their original packaging must be properly packaged. InfoCard SRL is not liable for damages resulting from transportation to the customer service center.

Not be covered by guarantee in case of physical damage or missing parts of the product if the defect is not claimed within two days after receiving the package (including by email) and before the successful installation of the product. Then check the integrity of the products very carefully upon receipt of the package before using the product.

The purchase of personal computer components assumes that the user has the necessary expertise to assess the correct combination of components and to properly assemble a personal computer.

InfoCard SRL responsible for the proper functioning of each component simply by replacement or repair (at the discretion of its technicians) and is not responsible in any way for any defects due to faulty installation, incorrect matching of components or damage to any component may cause to other parts of the PC, even if purchased simultaneously with the component that caused the defect.

9.5 - Identification Labels
The products are supplied with one or more labels that define the origin, the serial number and date of the guarantee. The removal of even only one of these labels will void the warranty because it makes it impossible to recognize.

 
10 - WAIVER

The customer is not entitled to damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for any direct or indirect personal and / or property caused by goods purchased from SRL InfoCard

12 - JURISDICTION

Any dispute regarding the application, implementation, and breach of contract of sale entered into "online" via the website www.greensecurity.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction, these conditions are reported, although not expressly referred to therein, in conjunction with the Legislative Decree No. 50 of 15.01.1992 and of the Legislative Decree n.185 of 22.05.1999. Any dispute between the parties relating to this contract shall be the Court in whose district the home consumers, for businesses it is agreed that any dispute shall be brought before the Court of Padua.
